2005-2008
I played football for a Semi-Professional Academy for Boreham Wood F.C. Unfortunately in the second year of the scheme, I had a few major injuries such as dislocating my patella and then after tearing my Anterior Cruciate Ligament and Cartilage on my knee which restricted my playing career.

08 October 2007:
I passed my F.A. Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Football thanks to Boreham Wood F.C. at the age of 17 as they placed me on the course and also paid for it.
April 2008:
Joined Tottenham Hotspur Football Club as a Part Time coach. I was very fortunate to meet Ricardo Moniz through the London F.A. coaching conference evening at The Score Centre in Leyton which he then helped with the arrangements of me attending his sessions and helping me securing a job in coaching for Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
11 February 2009:
I passed my F.A. Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football at the age of 19 through Tottenham Hotspur F.C.
31st May 2009:
Tottenham Hotspur placed me on The F.A. Youth Award Module: 1 Developing the Environment (Age Appropraite course), which I passed.
Thrusday 15th October 2009:
Heurelho Gomes (Tottenham Hotspur F.C. First Team Goalkeeper) visited a community project I was delivering on from hearing of all the good work at Harlow 'Kickz'.

I was assigned to delivering sessions at Chiswick Development Centre for Tottenham Hotspur F.C.

I was asked to go to Old Trafford and coach on the pitch at Half time

I represented Tottenham Hotpsur F.C. in Vietnam with Robbie Earle (Head Coach) and an Everton F.C coach delivering a Premier League Phase 2 Course for the Premier League.

Sunday 3rd of October 2010,
I enrolled and started on my UEFA 'B' Football Coaching License (also known as the F.A. Level 3) with Kent FA.
Monday 18th October 2010,
I delivered a Coach Education session to the 3rd year Sport Studies degree students at Hertfordshire University.
Friday 29th October 2010,
I was asked by Hertfordshire University to deliver a presentation based on my experiences on the Premier League trip to Vietnam to their Sport Studies Degree 1st year students.
Tuesday 2nd & Thursday 4th November,
I delivered another Coach Education session to the 1st year Sport Studies degree students at Hertfordshire University.
Tuesday 17th June- Saturday 21st June,
Work Placement with the First Team Coaching staff (inc. Kevin Bond & Harry Redknapp)
